Voter Fraud: Does It Exist?

There seems to be an inherent coalition between voter fraud and the 2016 elections between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. If you speak to Liberals they will state that Russians interfered and Clinton should have been president due to popular vote. If you speak to Conservatives, the argument is voter fraud which gained Clinton a whopping 2,864,964 more votes, than that of her counter part Donald Trump.  The claim resides in Illegals, the dead, multiple voting ballots and people who do not exist.  Between “The Russians Did It” and dead voters, this sounds more like a fiction novel and not real life. Unfortunately, there is more validity than we realize. Let’s look at some facts…

  • There is irrefutable proof that counties across the U.S. have had more votes within elections than there are registered voters. One such county is Hill County located in Texas that reported 1,800 extra votes.
  • Voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit precincts registered more votes than voters registered. (this spurred plans for a state wide audit)
  • A public interest group is threatening to bring lawsuits against 141 counties across the U.S. for voter fraud.
  • There have been massive claims that California participated in a large portion of fraud. Since they refuse to hand over election data and have not reviewed their statics, it has not been authenticated.
  • Voters were allowed to vote in the 2016 election and were not required to provide a valid picture ID.
  • There have been actual arrests pertaining to voter fraud.

Let’s take a look at how our voting process works. As Americans, we all head to the voting booth with our fingers crossed rooting for the candidate we want to prevail. The tallies are taken and broadcasted across our television screens in real time. In the end, the candidate with more votes wins, right? Not exactly. Our country is based on the Electoral College. This system ensures that all states are heard within an election. It was designed to prevent regional candidates from dominating national elections. This is imperative since states like California are so large, they could swing an election leaving the rest of the country to deal with their choice. In fact, Clinton received 4.3 million more votes than Trump did in California alone. This made up for 10% of Clinton’s votes. With out California, Trump would have won the popular vote by 1.87 million votes. To hear the voice of the entire country, we must look at counties to further break down the election process. Donald Trump won 2,626 counties where Hillary Clinton won 487.  To win the presidency, a candidate must bring in at least 270 electoral college votes. Donald Trump won with 304 vs Clinton’s 232. Here is the popular map of the United States dictating win vs. loss. A visual can clear things up a bit.

So, I’m sure you’re asking if Hillary Clinton lost, why is voter fraud so important.  Well, for starters, it’s illegal. If we ignore this conception of voting it will certainly affect elections in the future. It also helps to dispel this rumor that somehow “The Russians” got President Trump elected. I’m all about facts and there has been no definitive proof that there was collusion with the Russians. There has however been irrefutable proof of voter fraud.

A student from James Madison University plead guilty to election tampering and will serve 100 to 120 days in jail for submitting fabricated voter registration cards. His name is Andrew Spieles and works for Harrisonburg Votes, an organization affiliated with the Democratic Party.

An illegal, Rosa Maria Ortega, 37 and mother of 4 was sentenced to eight years in prison and also faces deportation for illegally voting in Texas. Ms. Ortega explained that she didn’t understand how the voting processed works and did not know she was ineligible to vote.  This raises the question of how she was allowed to vote in the first place.

Twelve employees were charged with allegedly submitting fake or fraudulent voter registration applications before the 2016 election. These employees worked for the Democratic Party and were tied to former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid as well as former President Bill Clinton. If convicted, they face up to two-and-a-half years in prison and could also face a $10,000.00 fine. Here is the link from Fox News: Group with Reid, Clinton Ties Accused of Faking Voter Registration Forms

Salvador “Chava” Bustamante, director of Latinos United for a New America was arrested on September 12, 2016, for standing outside a local Target and registering people to vote with out proper identification.

Gladys Coego, 74 an election specialist in Miami-Dade Elections was arrested for opening mail-in-ballots and scanning them into the machine. She is accused of marking ballot choices that had been left blank. In a second arrest in the same district, Tomika Curgil, 33 submitted voter-registration cards for five citizens with out their consent. She also Submitted 17 forms for people that do not even exist and several that had died.

I’ve only shed light on a few cases, however, there are countless stories of voter fraud across the country. What is most interesting about all the cases is, they were all linked to the democratic party. Now with in the war on social media playing out with Liberals and Conservatives, it seems to me the only valid case that can be argued is the Democratic Party and a whole lot of fraud. The Democratic Party seems to also support Sanctuary Cities, I believe these are in direct collation with the voting process. Democrats thrive on a society that relies on government. If the United States takes these illegals, provides them with funding they most certainly vote Democrat. I have no issue with immigration. My own family were immigrants. I do believe in legal immigration and following the law.

We need a better system in regard to voting. A valid picture ID must be required to vote. Voting is a privilege afforded to legal citizens and non-felons. I believe states have a duty to release voting information so it can be properly evaluated in regard to voter fraud. Those that refuse to comply raises a question of integrity. Where it is shown that law enforcement is arresting individuals affiliated with fraud you must sit back and ask yourself, how many are unreported? How many slipped through the cracks? How many illegals, the deceased, those that do not exist or multiple ballots were slipped through? Was it 2,864,964 that won Hillary Clinton the popular vote? Probably not but it may have been close. Unfortunately, until we can evaluate each state we will never know.

Did The American People Win Today?  No, not until we can get a better handle on our voting system.
